● Harşena honey vinegar is produced from Harşena Extracted Flower Honey, which is produced in the rich flora of Amasya and was awarded as World Number 3 in 2017 at Apimondia Beekeeping Congress Honey Competition, the most important event of beekeeping industry. Vinegar yeast, which has become a family tradition, is added to the mixture of honey, water and salt and left for a long fermentation process in our production facility. After this long and laborious process, it is packaged and presented to our valuable consumers.
● Since it is fermented by natural methods, it is not filtered and
its color is turbid. The reason for this is the presence of a mixture known as
the mother of vinegar, containing various enzymes and beneficial bacteria. The
substance we call the mother of vinegar is the yeast that enables vinegar to
mature and ferment. The difference between artificial vinegar and natural
vinegar is the presence of beneficial organisms.
● Over time, the mother of vinegar may collapse at the bottom of
the bottle. It can be consumed in this way, or you can consume it after
straining it with the help of a strainer.
Recommended Use: You can consume it by
adding 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with honey to 1 glass of water every
morning on an empty stomach, or you can consume it by adding it to meals or
salads. In addition to its consumption as food, you can also use it for
disinfecting vegetables and fruits or for household cleaning by adding it to
the cleaning water.
Storage Conditions: Store it in a cool and dry environment
with its lid closed.
